I’m on my way to get healthy. This no sugar thing might have been a bitch in the beginning (not to sugar coating anything). But now that I’m feeling good every day gets easier and easier to be healthy. And I feel better for every second longer I don’t have processed or artificial “food” in my body.

Here’s what my days have looked like: Day 18 Just me and a cup of hot (sugar free) sleepy time. #jumplittlechildren | Day 19 This has been my go-to breakfast smoothie: coconut milk, almond butter, spinach, splash of water. | Day 20 My kitchen smells SO GOOD! I made Chicken, Vegetable, Avocado Soup from the Paleo Lunches andBreakfasts On the Go cookbook. #yum #21dsd | Day 21 Lots of green in my grocery cart this week including fresh herbs and kale. | Day 22 The sauce less, sugar-free meatballs are mine. They’re still so good! #nomnnom | Day 23 I added vanilla extract to my morning coffee to make it #fancy without the sugar. | Day 24 I’m learning to like #avocados. What should I make with these?

    That is really awesome. Avocados are good with fish. James, the bf, makes avocado ranch fish sandwiches. I love them. There is always pinterest!
