I’m 9 Days into my 30 Days to meditate every day. I admit that some days it’s a struggle. I have trouble stopping myself and my daily grind, no matter how desperately I need to pour something into myself. And even when I do pause, I still fight to relax and brush away my to-do list to focus on my breath or a mantra.
