I’ve missed doing these posts that recap the work I’m doing every day to reach my goals. I used to do them for every challenge, but somewhere I got off track. And some 30 Days don’t lend themselves to daily photos quite so easily. But I’m back, and you totally should be following all the excitement on Instagram.
Five days into my 30 Days of Yoga, and I’m relishing in all the enthusiasm that goes with a brand new goal. I am gladly planning and scheduling time for yoga. And I want to tell the world about it, shout how giddy I am to take time out of my days for yoga, discuss how it makes me feel, how I am setting myself up for success. I smile big knowing I have friends who are looking forward to doing yoga with me this month.
I love beginnings.
Here’s what my first days have looked like:
Day 1: I’m spending some time in child’s pose while my husband puts the kids to bed. | Day 2: I’m plotting, planning, and scheduling some classes I want to take at @holycowyogacenter during these #30days. | Day 3: It’s just me, my mat, and mother nature this morning, giving new meaning to Sun Salutations. | Day 4: Look where I get to practice tonight with Om Outdoors. Cannon Park is perfection. | Day 5: I spread my mat in a lovely rectangle of sunshine for this morning’s practice. And now as I work, I keep looking at it longingly. #sigh
