I’m not going to hide the fact that I love coffee. I especially love it light and sweet and first thing in the morning. But sweet is a little more difficult when you’re sugar detoxing. This was my cup of coffee yesterday morning.
It’s a local blend. And I used full fat cream because it doesn’t have sugar in it. And I didn’t use one sugar crystal. Not one squeeze of liquid stevia. Not one bit of any kind of sweetener.
I’d call that real progress.



Good job on marking off the small victories. So often we look for the big things and miss that we made millions of little steps along the way.

This was so, so hard for me but I haven’t gone back to sweetening my coffee after my first sugar detox. I’ve found I like it better unsweetened.
