Where have you gone? I mean that in all seriousness. Where are you? And yes, I know you’re there, reading this physically. But I mean your insides, your mind, your personality. Where did YOU go? You were so fearless. Capable. Ready for anything and up for everything. There were moments when the world wouldn’t have been able to knock you over with an earthquake. You were invincible. You were the girl who crossed Europe solo, who loved easily and hard, who danced, who lived. You were amazing.
But you are amazing. That spark is there inside. I see it in moments when your guard is down, when you relax, when the world is dark and quiet and the spark can shine. It doesn’t matter so much what changed to or why you changed. What matters is that you let that bit of you shine through all the time again.
Here’s my advice. Take these 30 Days for what they are: they’re more than a mission to be positive (although positivity is an improvement over the pessimism). This is your chance for self-reflection. There’s so little time to think about who you really are in your day. You can be fearless and be a mother. You can be amazing where you are in life right now. So take this opportunity to find what lights your way. It really is that simple. Find your quiet, and find what you love, fill your bucket back up.
And take the chance to light your spark again.
Love,
Yourself
