Easy!” Because the simple fact is that it is easy to take more steps. It is just a matter of figuring out where they fit in to my day, and then making them happy. It’s a matter of finding the times when I’m standing still and starting to move. I’m walking when would be sitting. I’m moving when I would be leaning. Making it easy, making it simple. That is the secret.
