YES! I don’t know how I didn’t realize it before Nina! But I’m finding steps everywhere. That’s a beautiful thing.

It is and I did it yesterday. But it helped me reach my goal. In addition to this insanity, I walked up and down EVERY aisle in the grocery store, even though I may not have needing anything from that aisle (this might not be a good option when shopping hungry).

    Anna,
This is a really great list. One thing that I did as well was disconnect the phone and move it to another room. So when someone calls I have to go to another room to answer it. Thank you for your post, I really enjoyed it!

Well, if u use a push reel mower for a medium size lawn, it will definitely be equivalent to many steps of walking :)

[…] I was paid $300 for a blog post - I used to squirrel this money away for camera equipment but now that I have the Fuji x100s, I have completely abandoned my obsession with all things DSLR and no longer research outrageously expensive lenses. I knew I wanted a wristband thing to track my steps and motivate me to lose weight. My friend Anna is currently doing a 30 day challenge to walk 10,000 steps a day and writing about it on InTheNext30Days.net. […]
