There are blogs that you love, and then there are blogs that you Love (capital L). And Jacki Hayes writes one of my Love blogs at JackiHayes.com. She’s a personal trainer who knows that it takes more than fitness to make a person healthy. And she’s ready to support you as you make those changes. You really should sign up for her 21 Day Refresh eCourse (I just did) because the goal is to “help you dig out of the muck, find a piece of you, and give you the confidence you need to start building a happier, healthier life.” And who doesn’t need that kind of boost?
Click over, and read more and get inspired too. You won’t regret it.

What Is Your Blog About?
JackiHayes.com is all about helping women, particularly moms, find the happier, healthier life they crave.
What Makes Your Blog Different?
As a personal trainer, my blog is ultimately a fitness blog. But fitness is just one tiny part of what makes a woman happy, healthy, confident, and who she was meant to me. So I like to write about the whole picture, everything that goes into that potential under the surface of every woman.

What Do You Want The World To Know About You?
Sometimes I feel like Frankenstein. Like someone picked up random pieces of a person, taped them together, and went “done.” Why?
Well, let’s see, there was the time that I had to have an ultrasound done of my eyes because my optometrist was concerned that my optic nerves were detaching. Turns out, they were just squished. Normal sized nerves in smaller-than-normal eyes.
I was also told by my dentist that the shape of a couple of my teeth is generally only seen in Asian folks. I’m really not at all Asian.
And then the concern that I had a growth on my ovaries. Just turns out, there’s not much room in there, so my intestines are sitting on my ovaries more than usual.
See random, pieces and parts. I like to think it makes me interesting.

Hey Jacki, if you’re curious about Morgan Le Fay’s story you should check out The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley. I think I was about 12 or 13 when I read it, so I’m not completely sure what I’d think of it as an adult, but it’s a really interesting take on the Arthurian Legend from the point of view of the women.
Oh, and I just signed up for your refresh course! Looks really interesting!

Oooo. This is a great suggestion! I read The Mists of Avalon earlier this year and LOVED every page. It is a great back story, and most of it is told from Morgan Le Fay’s point of view.
A great post of information about a blogger. Thanks for sharing.
