I struggle with most things food. There’s so many different ways to eat “right.” And all the advice about going Gluten Free, being Paleo, Sugar Free, or Clean is enough to make my head swim as I write up my grocery lists or open the pantry door.
Everyone has to find their own version of “right” when it comes to their daily meals. And I’m searching for exactly what food types, routines, ideas, and theories work best for my body and my family. That is the inspiration for all of my food-related 30 Day challenges. I’m swimming through the same advice and trying out some of these fads, diets, advice, and fetishes for 30 Days.
So pull up a kale and blueberry smoothie, chocolate chip cookie, or maybe some bone broth and dig in.
