Twenty-one: Hampton Park’s Tulip Tree

f: 11, SS 1/250, ISO 400, WB Cloudy, EC +1, Meter: Center Weighted

I thought maybe there’d be a daffodil or two blooming in Hampton Park this morning. I didn’t see any blubs, but I did see this lovely tulip tree. The branches were full of blooms and buds, and the ground was littered with petals. It was beautiful, especially on a windy morning like this one. There wasn’t much else blooming, so the tulip tree was a jolt of color in the wide expanse of green. There was kind of a cloudy light that made some some of the blooms look like they were glowing.
